About the found: Mr. Truong Van Dan and his experiences in the field of Science - Technology 

International inventor Mr. Truong Van Dan was born on May 25^th, 1966 in a studious family in Kim Bi Village, Ba Vi Province, Hanoi. After graduating from the Faculty of Electrical System Engineering - Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1991, he has participated in research in the field of biology and environment. Through many years of research, he has succeeded in the field of drainage and wastewater treatment with significant achievement including invention patents no. 10272, 13929, 14325, 19328; utility solution patents no. 1071, 1250. Inventor Truong Van Dan with his invention Equipment for Wastewater Treatment won the second prize of Innovative Solution for Everyday Life Competition 2014 (co-organized by World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO, Korean Intellectual Property Office KIPO, Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam NOIP). This invention was selected by WIPO as one of 65 best global products (in the field of environment and energy) to have been exhibited at WIPO Green Program - UNDP "Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework on Climate Change - COP21" held in Paris from November 3^rd to November 15^th, 2015. Especially on October 31^st, 2017, the invention "Apparatus for Treating Wastewater and a System for Collecting and Treating Wastewater combining Rainwater Drainage" was published by the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO as patent no. PCT/VN2016 - 000005. In 2018, Mr. Dan’s invention gained registered patents in many developed countries and regions including the USA, EU, Japan, Australia and Canada.

ACtivities in Vietnam and aboard:

• Year 2007: Participated in the Exhibition of Scientific and Technological Achievements in - Germany 2007
• Year 2013: Participated in science and technology products about water and environment at DENVER, COROLADO, THE USA in June 2013. Cooperated with NATEC to introduce scientific and technological products at Nagano Suwa Area Industrial Messe Japan in October 2013. Attended in “Vietnamese Innovation” program and other programs on science and technology on VTV2, VTV3.
• Year 2014: Participated in the exhibition booth at the ASEAN Summit – organized in KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, TECMART VN. Won the Second Prize in the Innovative Solution for Everyday Life Competition 2014 (co-organized by WIPO, KIPO, and NOIP). Joined the International Conference on Water and Enviroment held in Vietnam.
• Year 2015: participated with NATEC and Deputy Minister Tran Van Tung in the Nagano Suwa Area Industrial Messe Japan in October 2015. Participated in the Water Environment Federation's Technical Exhibition and Conference 2015 organized in Chicago, Illinois, the USA in September 2015. The invention Wastewater Treatment Equipment was selected by WIPO to be one of 65 best products in the world and 100% funded to participate in the WIPO Green program at the COP21/PARIS 2015 - the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework on Climate Change;
• Year 2016: The inventor Truong Van Dan was selected and 100% funded by the United Nations Development Program UNDP to attend the “Assessment Mission and Increasing Capacity and Increasing Capacity and Pace for Technology Absorption, Adaption through a Hub-and-Spoke Structure” and “National Workshop on IP Management” in MANILA, THE PHILIPINES March 2016 to receive training on technology transfer methods. Completed documents of science and technology products to file for domestic and international patent registration.
• November 2016: Participated in the honorary exhibition booth of Vietnam at the 27^th International Exhibition of Environmental Equipment Technologies and Services (Pollutec) in Lyon, France
• Year 2017: Received the intellectual property copyright number PCT/VN2016/00005 published by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on November 23^rd, 2017 and filed for patent in developed countries and regions: the United States of America, Japan, Canada, Australia, EU..
• March 2018: Accompanied President Tran Dai Quang and his wife to India and Bangladesh to introduce wastewater treatment technology to other countries.
• June 4^th, 2020: Australia granted patent no. 2016407538B2, title: “Apparatus for Treating Wastewater and a System for Collecting and Treating Wastewater combining Rainwater Drainage” 
• October 9^th, 2020: Japan granted patent no. 6775850, title: “Apparatus for Treating Wastewater and a System for Collecting and Treating Wastewater combining Rainwater Drainage”
